Before becoming a Yoga teacher and Ayurveda practitioner, for six years I worked individually with others as an American Council on Exercise certified personal trainer, but I always thought there was a piece of the puzzle missing.  How can people keep consistent with their fitness regimen and diet when they are mentally distracted or experiencing emotional stress?​
